The idea of commissioning a site for IAP Jaipur was conceived in the executive meeting of the present executive body and the Secretary, Dr. Ashutosh Jindal took up the task of organizing it.

The purpose of the site is:

1. To provide information about the organization in an electronic and reproducible form

2. To have a ready link with the Central Office of IAP at Mumbai, India at www.iapindia.org so that seamless flow is maintained between the apex body and the branches.

3. To make the first step towards commissioning a local chapter of the Computers and Medical Electronics Group ( CMEG ) of IAP.

4. To provide a platform for sponsors to display their products and services

5. To provide a platform for interaction for similarly aligned NGOs, other professional bodies and health care providers

6. To promote IAP's mission of ensuring and promoting its national and international mission of child care in health and disease
